Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with NUTRIVED™ Ayurved & Nutrition.

By placing an order through our website (https://www.nutrived.in), you agree to the terms outlined below. These are designed to set clear expectations and protect both you and us.

1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory on our site, but there may be occasional discrepancies. In such cases, we will notify you and fulfill the available items. You may choose to:

  • Wait for the restocking of missing items

  • Or cancel the backordered items

Note: Only items that have not been shipped are eligible for cancellation.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. These costs are final and must be paid at the time of purchase.

3. Returns & Refunds

❌ Important: No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once sold. Due to the nature of our goods—personal wellness and health-related items—all sales are final.

This applies in all cases, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered

  • Product opened or used

  • Delayed delivery within estimated timeframe

  • Expiry dates post-delivery

4. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Email us at nutrived2017@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.

5. Delivery Timeline

We currently deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Within Maharashtra: 8–10 business days

  • All other states (National): 11–15 business days

Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, courier issues) are out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Parcel Issues (Lost or Damaged in Transit)

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier. We can only process a refund or replacement after the courier completes their investigation and confirms the issue.

Tip: If a parcel is visibly damaged, refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
