At NUTRIVED, we strive to provide the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our goods—health and nutrition products that are sensitive to storage, handling, and hygiene—we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products sold through our website or other platforms.

This policy applies in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after ordering

  • If you ordered the wrong product

  • If the product is opened, used, or tampered with

  • If the product has passed its expiry after delivery

  • If the product was delivered to the correct address and accepted

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID. While we do not guarantee a refund or replacement, we may review such cases at our sole discretion.
